Neither的用法 ：

Neither ：既

可作代詞，副詞，或連詞，也可作形容詞。

1、作形容詞時，意為倆者都不，後跟名詞單數，謂語動詞應用第三人稱單數。

例句：

Don ’t argue !Neither answer is right .不要爭吵，倆個答案都不是對的。

2、 作代詞時，意為倆個都不，表示全部否定，其反意詞是both(倆個都) ，做主語時，謂語動詞一般用單數形式，此時，可與介詞of 連線，構成neither of +名詞/代詞賓格結構。也可單獨做主語。

例句：

（1）Neither of them wants to go to the Great Wall.他們倆都不想去長城。

（2） Neither is right .倆個都是錯的。

3、作連詞時，常用

於”Neither …nor …”結構，表示既不-----也不-----，用來連線倆個並列成分。連線倆個並列主語時，謂語動詞要採用“就近原則”。

（1）Neither he nor I am learning to draw .他和我都不學畫畫。

（2）Neither my parents nor I like playing basketball .我父母和我都不喜歡打籃球。

4 .作副詞時，意為“也不“表示同一事情不適用於另一個人，引出一個主句或成分，並用倒裝語序，結構為”Neither +助動詞/情態動詞/

系動詞be+主語“ ，時態要與前句一致。只用於表示否定意義的情況。其反義結構為”so +助動詞/情態動詞/系動詞be+主語“

例句：

（1）He can’t drive a car .neither can I. 他不會開車，我也不會。

（2）My sister doesn’t like singing ,neither do I .

（3）He can driver a car ,so can I .他會開車，我也會。

（4）My sister likes singing ,so do I .我姐喜歡開車，我也喜歡。

（5）She is a volunteer, so am I.她是志願者，我也是。

 用法共有四種，

第一種是用作副詞，意思是“也不；既不…也不…”；

第二種是用作連詞，意思是“也不”；

第三種是用作形容詞，意思是“兩者都不的”；

第四種是用作介詞，意思是“兩者都不”。neither常用在不帶冠詞的單數名詞之前，謂語動詞要用單數形式。

兩種說法都不正確。

Neither side is willing to make a move.
