放下心,再看看書,不要定什麼目標了,沒用的!(那是父母在做美夢呢!別受影響)!
不可勉強,沒用!(有些考上了985的,但很勉強,一開課,這份累呀,跟不上!班上老末,受罪呢!網上有,搜搜看)
這樣下去,精神垮了,全完了!

別怕,一時半會。死不了這樣的狀況,不是你一個,因為壓力,大,睡眠不足,營養不夠,超過你的承壓能力。當然鍛鍊抗壓,排解壓力,也要平時慢慢積累。對於未知的,不能超控的事情,所以變焦慮,大家都說沒關係,問題你自己不知道怎麼排解。如果暫時排解不了,就放下,沒什麼大不了。

成長,是伴隨一個人一生的功課,每當遇見困境和焦慮,只有完成自我成長,才能對自己的生命來一場洗禮和救贖,讓前方的路至少不再泥濘,至少是在生活,而不只是活著。一個人一生可以忘記榮譽,忘記很多人和很多事,但是不可以忘記成長。Growth is a lesson keeping you company throughout your life. Whenever you encounter difficulties and anxiety, only after you have completed your self-growth will you give your own life a baptism and salvation,and your life ahead will get better at least no longer muddy.Let yourself live your life instead of just being alive.In your life you can forget all your honor as well as a great many people and lots of things,but you can never forget to grow.

能理解,因為我也高考過,記得當年我多少也有類似的經歷。我想,我們不要把高考看得太重就好,只要正常發揮,把平時學到的、掌握的考出來就可以了。還是老師們那句話:誰也不比誰更聰明,一分耕耘一分收穫!考好了,值得開心;萬一沒考好,自己要知道差在哪兒,這樣,以後有的是機會彌補。人生漫長,一考定不了終生。
