兩年前的一天，去新田城，春意盎然的溼地公園，在路邊的一處街景隨手拍，肯定是李哥的傑作，心情好了就拍得好！但另外的兩張一般化！

我有時在想，七十歲後一天不勝一天的日子常有，看看照片裡的我，膠原蛋白飽滿透著幹練，斷崖似的老會是啥樣挺可怕的，

我不會在八十歲時滿臉垮作一團，深深的皺紋堆在臉上不忍直視吧，所以我打定主義保持120斤，既不胖也不瘦，不把皮撐開也不讓皮搭臉，保持60歲的模樣慢慢老！

老話說花無百日開，人無百日紅是對的，這才兩年功夫我現在比照片老了許多，這就是斷崖似的老，今年的三伏天很重要，好好的整治咳嗽，拉肚子，休整調息整個伏天，看到冬天是否會好點，不要整年咳，不要流清水鼻涕，不要吃涼的就拉肚，這全是七十歲後得的病，可我得了一輩子啦，有句話叫過敏，所以一輩子就有這些毛病！
