個人覺得這個短語in the near future不能單獨使用，因為它的中文意思是“在不久的將來” 如果單獨使用的話，整個句子意思不明瞭。

在一般將來時的時態中，有很多將來時的時間標誌詞，比如： tomorrow, next week，in the future,當然in the near future 也是一般將來時的標誌詞。如：
