1、在謂語是be動詞的過去式句子中，將be動詞（was，were）移到主語前，並加上問（？），即可構成疑問句。

格式：

肯定句：主語 + was/were +.......

疑問句：Was/Were +.......？

2、be動詞開頭的一般疑問句，可用Yes或No回答，由於問句是一般過去時，所以答句中的

be動詞也得是過去式。

（答句中的主語得用人稱代名詞來代替）

格式：

肯定回答：Yes,主詞 + was/were.

否定回答：No, 主詞 + was/were + not
