浮動利率(FRN)

定義：

　　浮動利率是一種在借貸期內可定期調整的利率。

　　根據借貸雙方的協定，由一方在規定的時間依據某種市場利率進行調整，一般調整期為半年。浮動利率因手續繁雜、計算依據多樣而增加費用開支，因此，多用於3年以上的及國際金融市場上的借貸。
