蘋果提醒喝水的快捷指令的創建方法:
1.打開快捷指令App，點擊底部的【自動化】，點擊【創建個人自動化】，然後選擇【行程】中的【到達】，指定【時間範圍】，這樣可以讓自動化只在指定時間觸發
2.然後【選取位置】，拖動地圖的【小藍點】修改定位半徑：這樣手機定位進入地圖藍色區域，就會自動提醒喝水。
3.然後進入【下一步】，添加快捷指令操作：直接蒐索並選擇 【顯示提醒】，點擊操作中的【是否繼續？】，將其改為：【記得喝杯水哦！】，然後點擊【完成】就可以了！
