在企業裡,我們往往面臨兩方面的客戶,外部客戶以及內部客戶(即下個工序的同事)。面對客戶時,我們有時會覺得人家客戶強勢、有話語權或者有籌碼而過於謙卑,點頭哈腰,人家所有的要求不加思索全部答應,甚至罔顧自身能力恨不得還要掏肝掏肺;另一種極端呢,就是覺得人家弱勢,技術差、水平低、無話語權而過於驕傲,言語不敬呼來喝去甚至恨不得自己失誤產生的問題也要千方百計的要求人家來承擔損失。無論前者還是後者,都是不合適的,前者放棄了自己的價值基礎從而無法持續經營,而後者呢又忘記了質量的關係管理原則從而失去持續成功的動力。
這個句子原來有兩層意思,第一層是我願意幫你,不管你是誰?只要你需要,你扶著我就行了,我在這裡。
第二層意思是我的價值建立在自己的位置上的,我之所以對你有用,是因為我在自己的根基上成長,而不是遷就你,成為跟著你到處跑的柺杖。
針對企業職能呢,建議即是以顧客為關注焦點但要保證策劃好的經營利潤,而且要遵守關係管理原則保證持續成功經營;而針對個人呢,關鍵是要遵循“不卑不亢”的原則,如同欄杆一樣,不拒絕幫助任何有需要的人,也不放棄自己的本份,堅守自己的持久價值。
質量就在我們身邊。做企業如同做人,質量原則強調的關注顧客並非要放棄自我,只是在透過幫助滿足顧客需求的同時實現企業價值。質量原則明確的關係管理也並非有放棄自我,只是在實現自我價值的同時幫助相關方從而實現自我的持續成功。
