2020年12月11日，美國US Synthetic Corporation of Orem, Utah向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯了其專利權（美國註冊專利號9,932,274、10,508,502、9,315,881、10,507,565、8,616,306），請求美國ITC釋出有限排除令、禁止令。
