第四屆中國國際進口博覽會於11月5日至10日在上海舉辦。進博會是世界上第一個以進口為主題的國家級展會，這一盛會成為全球企業共享中國巨大市場機遇的新視窗。過去三年，進博會經貿合作的“成績單”有目共睹，意向成交額連年增長，參展國家和企業數量、展覽面積等也都實現了新突破。
中國國際進口博覽局副局長孫成海介紹，第四屆進博會共有58個國家和3個國際組織參加國家展，來自127個國家和地區的近3000家參展商亮相企業展，國別、企業數均超過上屆。
更值得一提的是，與往屆進博會相比，今年本屆進博會展覽規模更大，企業展總展覽面積進一步擴容，達到36.6萬平方米；展品質量也變得更優，世界500強和行業龍頭企業的參展回頭率超過80%，參展數量超過上屆。
After the resounding success of the first three editions, the fourth China International Import Expo (CIIE) is set to further China's mission of opening-up to the world, making its due contributions in paving a path towards a shared future for all. Scheduled from November 5 to 10 in Shanghai, this year's expo is bigger than the previous ones in many ways.
First of all, it is expected to attract nearly 3,000 business exhibitors from 127 countries and regions, with 58 countries and three international organizations participating in the country exhibition, according to Sun Chenghai, deputy head of the CIIE bureau. As many as 15 countries will be joining the country exhibition for the first time while five will be making their CIIE debut, said Sun.
At the same time, over 80 percent of Fortune Global 500 and industrial leaders who participated in the fair last year will return for the fourth CIIE due to the fruitful achievements they made.
Moreover, the total exhibition area of the fourth CIIE will reach 366,000 square meters, 6,000 square meters larger than that of last year. The number of participating countries and companies also surpass that of the third expo, according to the CIIE Bureau.

第四屆進博會的一大亮點，就是國家展將首次在線上舉辦，其中，有15個國家首次在國家展亮相，更有5個國家是首次參與進博會。
此外，綠色低碳一直是進博會的一大看點，為貫徹綠色低碳發展理念，本屆進博會將設能源低碳及環保技術專區、生物醫藥專區、智慧出行專區、綠色智慧家電及家居專區等多個專區。氫燃料電池汽車、“零碳工廠”方案等新技術也將集中亮相。
據悉，多件全球首發、亞洲首發、中國首發新產品亮相，全球各國多家企業都將新產品放在進博會首發。醫療展區的各類首發首展新產品、新技術超過前三屆，如雅培將展示一款新一代手機測糖技術、新一代植入式心臟復律除顫器等多款新品。
除此之外，本屆進博會首次在服務貿易展區設立文物藝術品專區，大英博物館、紐約大都會博物館、盧浮宮等海外知名博物館也將亮相本屆進博會。
本屆進博會還將成為城市數字化轉型成果的集中展示地。展會場景下，數字人民幣支付將全覆蓋，實現數字人民幣一站式消費體驗。
In addition to bigger exhibition halls and better quality exhibits, there are many highlights of this year's CIIE.
One is that national exhibitions will be held online for the first time. 15 countries are appearing in the country exhibition for the first time, and five are participating in CIIE for the first time.
Several new products will also be launched at the expo, with nine global debuts featured in the Intelligent Industry & Information Technology section.
Many new technologies and products are also being launched in the Medical Equipment & Healthcare Products section, far exceeding the numbers seen in previous years.
Green and low-carbon technologies and solutions, such as hydrogen fuel cell automobiles, will also be highlighted at the expo.
Besides this, the CIIE has set up a special area for artifacts and artworks for the first time this year. Famous global museums including The British Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of New York and The Louvre will also have CIIE exhibits.
舉辦中國國際進口博覽會，透過開放、共享中國市場，打造世界各國展示國家形象、開展國際貿易合作的開放型國際合作平臺，不僅有利於滿足中國人民美好生活需求，更將促進各國開展貿易和開放市場，推動經濟全球化深入發展和構建開放型世界經濟，為構建人類命運共同體創造條件。
透過這一平臺，越來越多的全球企業看到了中國推動國內國際雙迴圈、開啟新發展格局蘊含的機遇，堅定了擁抱中國市場、加碼中國投資的信心。
對此，中國現代國際關係研究院研究員陳鳳英進行了解讀，她認為：“跨國公司正在瞄準中國市場。他們來博覽會是為了解讀中國的消費趨勢，以及瞭解消費者想要什麼。”
她補充道，這些公司可能會吸取展會的經驗，然後推出迎合市場需求的產品。
此外，國際知名投資人吉姆·羅傑斯表示，舉辦進博會充分展現了中國對外開放的決心，同時體現了中國“開放比封閉好”的理念，此次進博會將創造一個令各方都滿意的雙贏局面。

She added that the companies may take what they learned from the trade fair and launch products that cater to the market need afterward.
Jim Rogers, chairman of Beeland Interests, called the upcoming CIIE "a brilliant idea to increase trade and prosperity" in a recent interview with Xinhua.
"History is very clear that countries and societies and economies which close off are going to decline. The countries which open up grow and prosper," Rogers said.
