2020年沙縣小吃旅遊文化節在福建沙縣開幕,天南地北的遊客到當地領略美食文化和風土人情。
最開始,沙縣小吃的種類很少,只有扁肉和拌麵等幾樣,沙縣小吃的經營思路是讓食客“一元進店、兩元吃飽”。
慢慢地,扁肉是“水泥”,拌麵是“鋼筋”,沙縣小吃靠著這兩樣絕活,逐漸在海內外形成了規模。

世界上不僅僅是美國得克薩斯州的炸雞出名,中國山東也有個城市名叫德州,其扒雞是山東省的代表菜之一。德州五香脫骨扒雞屬中國四大名雞之首。

長沙臭豆腐
長沙臭豆腐,長沙人又稱臭乾子。“臭豆腐”名字雖俗氣,但卻“臭名遠揚”。
其色墨黑,外焦裡嫩,鮮嫩香甜。初聞臭氣撲鼻,但慢慢入口即化。
