防治新冠肺炎飲食指南(普通型或康復期患者)

1. 能量要充足

每天攝入谷薯類食物250-400克,包括大米、麵粉、雜糧等。

2. 保證蛋白質

攝入優質蛋白質類食物(每天150-200克),如瘦肉、魚、蝦、蛋、大豆等,儘量保證每天一個雞蛋,300克的奶及奶製品。

3. 攝入必需脂肪酸

通過多種烹調植物油增加必需脂肪酸的攝入,特別是單不飽和脂肪酸的植物油。

4. 多吃新鮮蔬菜和水果

蔬菜每天500克以上,水果每天200-350克,多選深色蔬果。

5. 保證飲水量

每天1500-2000毫升,多次少量,主要飲白開水或淡茶水;飯前飯後菜湯、魚湯、雞湯等也可以。

6. 飲食宜清淡

少吃辛辣刺激性食物。堅決杜絕食用野生動物。

7. 食慾較差進食不足者、老年人及慢性病患者

可通過營養強化食品、特殊醫學用途配方食品或營養素補充劑,適量補充蛋白質及微量營養素。

8. 充足睡眠和適量運動

身體活動時間不少於30分鐘;適當增加日照時間。

Dietary guidelines for people infected with or recovered from NCP

1. Eat to boost energy

Eat 250g to 400g of grains and tubers per day, including rice, flour and miscellaneous grain crops.

2. Increase protein intake

Consume 150g to 200g of high-quality protein products on a daily basis, such as lean meat, fish, shrimp, eggs, or soybean. Have an egg and 300g of milk and dairy products a day.

Obtain essential fatty acids through plant-based oils, especially those containing monounsaturated fatty acids.

4. Eat more vegetables and fruits

Consume at least 500g of vegetables and 200g to 350g of fruits a day. The brightly colored ones are the best.

5. Drink enough water

Drink 1500ml to 2000ml of water every day, preferably boiled water or light tea, and drink small amounts often. Eating vegetable soup, fish soup or chicken soup with the meal also serves the purpose.

6. Have light and fresh meals

Cut back on spicy or irritating food. Never eat wild animals.

7. Tips for the elderly and those with bad appetite or chronic diseases

Increase protein and micronutrient intake by consuming nutritionally enhanced food, formula food for special medical purposes, or nutritional supplements

8. Get enough sleep and regular exercise

Exercise at least 30 minutes a day and get more sunlight.
