荷蘭皇家航空公司確認，根據中國民用航空局（CAAC）釋出的通知，計劃於2021年12月5日和12日從阿姆斯特丹飛往杭州的KL831航班客運服務取消，僅作為貨運航班執飛。

已經預訂了上述航班的旅客將會收到荷蘭皇家航空的相關通知。2021年12月6日和13日從杭州飛往阿姆斯特丹的回程航班KL832航班將會正常載客運營。其餘往返中國航班均按照正常計劃運營。

荷航對此深表遺憾，並已採取必要的商業措施，以保證旅客出行的靈活性，無論目的地在何處，如需取消或推遲旅行計劃，均無須支付改票費。

同時，荷航也堅定地致力於在旅行的每個階段為客戶提供最佳的健康和衛生條件。

KLM confirms that, in accordance with the notification issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), its flights KL831 Amsterdam (AMS) - Hangzhou (HGH) on 5th and 12th December, 2021, will be operated as cargo only.

Customers booked on these flights will be informed individually. The return flights KL832 Hangzhou (HGH) - Amsterdam (AMS) on 6th and 13th December, 2021, will operate as normal with passengers according to its regular schedule. All other flights to/from China will remain operated as scheduled

KLM regrets this situation and reminds that commercial measures are in place to guarantee customers flexibility and to allow them to change or cancel their booked trips without having to pay the change fee.
