光伏EVA即為光伏膠膜，是光伏組件不可缺少的一部分，在光伏組件中成本佔比約8%。據卓創資訊數據，上半年國內EVA產量約78萬噸，由於國產化率的提升和海外EVA供需緊張，今年1月至5月國內EVA進口量為44.3萬噸，同比下滑13%。權威機構估算，2022年國內EVA供給量為243萬噸。按照全年光伏約235GW裝機預測，全年EVA需求量在258萬噸左右，其中光伏級需求120萬噸。全年缺口15萬噸，預計今年四季度缺口更大，EVA價格或有超預期上漲。

EVA建設週期42-45個月。有兩種方式，先做LDPE或直接做EVA。能直接做EVA能力的也就是斯爾邦。生產LDPE和EVA也是完全不同的方式，生產光伏要比生產熱熔膠和發泡的難度更大，主要在於晶點，一平方米不超過25個。沒有外來技術人員協助的話，從能生產EVA到能生產光伏料還需要6-9個月。

據瞭解，2024年底之前，國內只有寶豐能源等少數企業有投產計劃，新增產能約75萬噸。據估算，2022年至2024年，我國光伏級EVA產能上限分別為47萬噸、65萬噸、83萬噸，產能依舊不及需求。而且，新增產能還面臨投產時間、VA(乙酸乙烯酯)含量不能滿足光伏級需求等方面的不確定性。海外新增產能方面，擴產或新投產的公司較少，帶來的產能增量不明顯，所以短期內EVA並不會出現供給平衡。

隨著傳統能源價格持續走高，全球光伏產業擴容，EVA市場將持續火熱。據國家統計局發佈的數據顯示，截至今年6月底，全國發電裝機容量約2440GW，同比增長8.1%。其中太陽能發電裝機量為336.77GW，同比增長25.8%。

在光伏行業提效降本趨勢的推動下，電池片厚度越來越薄，為了給予電池片足夠的保護，未來光伏膠膜的平均克重穩中有升。機構預計2025年EVA樹脂的新增需求有望達到176萬噸，其中2021-2023年的需求量分別為81、106、131萬噸，未來5年CAGR為23%。

目前國內只有斯爾邦、聯泓新科、榮盛石化等少數企業具備光伏級EVA產能。

東方盛虹子公司斯爾邦擁有30萬噸/年EVA產能。其中，光伏級EVA年產能超20萬噸，佔全球光伏級EVA產量的28%，已覆蓋福斯特、海優威等光伏膠膜領域龍頭企業。據悉，斯爾邦還在規劃建設75萬噸/年EVA產能(包括60萬噸光伏級EVA和15萬噸熱熔級EVA)，投產後，將實現EVA百萬噸產能。

榮盛石化近日在投資者互動平臺表示，目前公司光伏EVA權益產能超15萬噸/年，公司高度重視新材料領域的發展機會，並在積極佈局新的EVA產能。公司現有EVA裝置具有單裝置產能大等優勢。據悉，公司EVA裝置於去年12月28日產出光伏級EVA產品，並實現對外銷售。

聯泓新科近日在投資者互動平臺稱，公司EVA裝置技術升級擴能改造後，年產能增加約3萬噸;改造後產品結構進一步優化，目前光伏膠膜料排產比例超過80%，實際排產會根據不同牌號產品的市場需求及盈利情況靈活調整。此前，該公司表示，2021年EVA產品全年產量13.04萬噸，產能利用率為107.8%。公司EVA管式尾升級改造項目已於2022年一季度投產，EVA實際產量達15萬噸/年以上，

信達證券指出，從新增產能方面來看，產能依舊遠不及需求。而新增產能還面臨著投產時間、VA含量不能滿足光伏級需求等方面的不確定性。海外新增產能方面，擴產或新產的公司較少，帶來的產能增量不明顯，全球供需依然緊張。光伏膠膜在光伏組件成本中佔比較低，在供需緊張的情況下，漲價更能夠被下游企業接受，預計未來一兩年價格將繼續維持高位。

東方盛虹(000301.SZ)：子公司斯爾邦目前擁有30萬噸EVA產能，產能利用率長期在100%以上，其中可全部用於生產光伏料的有20萬噸，無論在EVA整體市場還是光伏料市場均為絕對龍頭。

聯泓新科(003022.SZ)：EVA產品2021年全年產量13.04萬噸，產能利用率為107.80%，公司表示EVA價格隨行就市，目前訂單飽滿，產品全產全銷。

榮盛石化(002493.SZ)：控股子公司浙石化在舟山綠色石化基地投資建設的“4000萬噸/年煉化一體化項目(二期)”年產30萬噸EVA裝置於2021年12月28日一次投料成功，目前已順利產出光伏料產品，產品牌號V6110S，生產穩定。
