國務院辦公廳近日對外發布了《關於以新業態新模式引領新型消費加快發展的意見》，促進線上線下消費深度融合，記者12日從國家發改委了解到，目前相關的實施方案和配套政策正在制定當中。新消費模式究竟新在哪裡？
國家發改委指出，與傳統消費相比，新型消費主要是指在數字經濟背景下，科技賦能和消費需求升級共同驅動消費迭代變革，從而催生出的消費新應用、新業態、新模式。例如線上教育、線上辦公、線上醫療等等。當前，新消費群體快速崛起，中國網民規模已達9.4億，年輕消費客群逐漸成為消費的主力軍，老年消費市場也在快速壯大。新技術賦予傳統產業新動能，一大批新制造、新國貨應運而生。消費新場景加速構建，新媒介廣泛應用。疫情以來，各地累計發放消費券近200億元。
