有很多新手賣家可能會想，我在中國有品牌啊，怎麼就不能使用呢？其實啊，商標是隻受當地國家/地區保護的，也就是說，你在中國把你的產品註冊了商標，那麼在中國你的商標就能得到中國的法律保護，但如果你的產品在美國銷售，想要讓你的產品出口美國也能受到法律保護，光在中國註冊了商標是起不到保護作用的，還需要在美國也進行上商標註冊。‍

通俗一點說，品牌授權，就是把你一個品牌授權給多個店鋪使用。但是要注意，想要獲得品牌授權，先要註冊一個亞馬遜品牌備案的賬號才行噢~

下面我就來介紹一下在亞馬遜該如何進行品牌授權。

在開始之前被授權方需要注意：在授權開始前你需要到“brandservices.amazon.com“先申請一個品牌賬號之後才能授權成功。

1、 先進入亞馬遜的品牌介面 https://brandservices.amazon.com

3、 選擇下方紅框中的Case主題

這裡注意：一定是要是在品牌介面開的CASE，而不是自己的亞馬遜後臺。

4、填寫品牌授權詳情資訊

我們細分為以下幾步

這裡要簡單地描述一下你開Case的原因，我們可以說我的品牌要授權給誰，然後寫上被授權方的亞馬遜店鋪+郵箱。郵件模板如下： (模板僅供參考 不要照搬)

After my consensus, I decided to license the brand to him.
