武當仙道是人類的歸途
中華民族的文化自信,源自於炎黃子孫的輝煌歷史。
黃帝是道家的開山祖師,很多中醫和道家的思想都與黃帝有關,包括黃帝老師廣成子修道的崆峒山,也是道教的三十六洞天七十二福地之一。
為什麼武當山有供奉真武大帝的古建築?
在古代,武當山名字的來源於“非真武不足以當之也”。真武大帝和玄武大帝的標誌是下有龜上有蛇,所以是龜蛇合體的一個形象。漢江蜿蜒至漢口,遇到兩座山——龜山和蛇山。龜山和蛇山的名字就是由武當山來的,毛澤東有詩句“龜蛇鎖大江”,這是一個很重要的文化符號。
中國文明的道路和歐洲、北非、中東、印度的道路是完全不一樣的。
從道家上來講,中國文化道路是一條修仙的道路。
仙,並不是指神話裡的飛仙。成仙的意思是一個人一輩子達到一個比較完美的境界,類似於儒家所說的“君子”的高度。
最開始,主要是外丹修煉。從呂洞賓之後,才打開了內丹修煉的大門,同時期世界上沒有任何國家做到了這樣。
少林寺的少林拳還是屬於外家拳。在武當山張三丰祖師的改進下形成了內家拳,剛才蔣師莫老師打的一套武當拳就屬於內家拳。
最初,張三丰在終南山跟火龍真人學道之後,在少林寺又學了外家拳,最後在武當山上受鶴蛇相鬥啟發而創造了內家拳。
中國從黃帝時期就有很多人修仙,但都效果不佳,只有到了張三丰時期,才形成了一個完整的養生修身體系。
之前的古人通過吃丹藥來修仙,傳說李世民也是因服外丹而早逝的,因此外丹誤了很多人。
直到內丹修仙的盛行才有人修仙成功,活的壽命很長。張三丰把內丹修仙這條路走通了,形成了一個完整的龐大的體系。
現在很多人五、六十歲就頭暈眼花,吃飯吃不下去。一些修仙成功的人到了八、九十甚至一百多歲以上,依然思維敏捷,口齒伶俐。
明朝皇帝很重視道教,600年前朱棣大修武當。但清朝供奉喇嘛教、西藏的黃教,對武當山和龍虎山的道教是一種打壓的政策。
所以武當山沉睡了四百年,直到武當山又被認成為世界文化遺產,武當文化的價值才逐漸被重新挖掘。今天《武當文脈》拍攝成功,武當文化的挖掘和傳承達到一個小高潮。
大家都知道“五嶽”,而武當山的地位高於“五嶽”,屬於玄嶽,所謂“五嶽垂拱”也。
武當文脈源遠流長,比其它山都要更加深遠。它是中華文明的一座寶庫,“武當文脈”這四個字就是金字招牌,這是一個取之不盡用之不竭的寶藏。
挖掘武當山對全人類也有重大意義,它為人們探索了一條新的道路。
現在很多人都向往長命百歲,甚至活過一百三十歲。按照人的天壽一百二十歲,只要自己不胡來,活到一百二十歲都不是問題。
因此武當山就為世間開闢了一條嶄新的道路——高品位、高質量的長壽生活。
以前人們因科技落後只能在平原居住,在山上交通不便、生活不易。現在科技發達了,交通改善了,清新的空氣和潔淨的水反而成為稀有品,在山上居住生活品質更高。
因此,人們可以選擇在很多風景如畫的地方居住、生活,不必都在大城市養老。這樣的思想觀念的改變,會對我們國家的城市和人口布局產生深遠的影響。
《武當文脈》紀錄片播出之後,很多人可能會選擇這種比城市生活質量更高的山林生活,使人達到自然天壽。

Wudang Xiandao is the way back for human beings
The cultural self-confidence of the Chinese nation originates from the glorious history of the Chinese people.
The Yellow Emperor is the founder of Taoism. Many ideas of traditional Chinese medicine and Taoism are related to the Yellow Emperor, including Kongtong Mountain, where Guangchengzi, the teacher of the Yellow Emperor, practiced Taoism. It is also one of the 36 caves and 72 blessed places of Taoism.
Why is there an ancient building dedicated to Emperor Zhenwu in Wudang Mountain?
In ancient times, the name of Wudang Mountain came from "Without the advantage of a real mountain, it doesn"t deserve to be this mountain!". The symbol of Emperor Zhenwu and Emperor Xuanwu is that there is a tortoise below and a snake above, so it is an image of a combination of tortoise and snake. The Han River winds its way to Hankou and encounters two mountains, Turtle Mountain and Snake Mountain. The names of Turtle Mountain and Snake Mountain come from Wudang Mountain. Mao Zedong has a poem "Turtle and Snake Lock the Great River", which is a very important cultural symbol.
The path of Chinese civilization is totally different from that of Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and India.
From the Taoist point of view, the road of Chinese culture is a road of cultivating immortals.
Immortals do not refer to the flying immortals in mythology. Becoming an immortal means that a person reaches a more perfect state in his life, which is similar to the height of "gentleman" in Confucianism.
At the very beginning, it was mainly the practice of external alchemy. After Lu Dongbin, the door of inner alchemy cultivation was opened, and no country in the world did so at the same time.
Shaolin boxing in Shaolin Temple still belongs to foreign boxing. Under the improvement of Zhang Sanfeng, the founder of Wudang Mountain, Neijiaquan was formed. The set of Wudang boxing played by Jiang Shimo just now belongs to Neijiaquan.
At first, after learning Taoism from Huolong Zhenren in Zhongnan Mountain, Zhang Sanfeng learned Waijiaquan in Shaolin Temple, and finally created Neijiaquan inspired by the fight between cranes and snakes in Wudang Mountain.
Since the period of the Yellow Emperor, many people in China have cultivated immortals, but the effect is not good. Only in the period of Zhang Sanfeng, a complete system of health preservation and self-cultivation has been formed.
In the past, the ancients cultivated immortals by taking elixirs. It is said that Li Shimin died early because of taking the outer elixir, so the outer elixir missed many people.
It was not until the prevalence of inner alchemy that some people succeeded in cultivating immortals and lived a long life. Zhang Sanfeng took the road of cultivating immortals with inner alchemy and formed a complete and huge system.
Nowadays, many people in their fifties and sixties feel dizzy and can"t eat. Some people who have succeeded in cultivating immortals are still quick-witted and articulate when they are over 80, 90 or even 100 years old.
The Ming emperors attached great importance to Taoism, and Zhu Di overhauled Wudang 600 years ago. However, the worship of Lamaism and the Yellow Sect in Tibet in the Qing Dynasty was a policy of suppressing Taoism in Wudang Mountain and Longhu Mountain.
Therefore, Wudang Mountain has been sleeping for four hundred years, until Wudang Mountain was recognized as a world cultural heritage, the value of Wudang culture was gradually re-excavated. Today, "Wudang Context" has been successfully filmed, and the excavation and inheritance of Wudang culture has reached a small climax.
We all know the "Five Mountains", and the status of Wudang Mountain is higher than the "Five Mountains", belonging to the so-called "Five Mountains hanging arch".
The cultural context of Wudang has a long history, which is more profound than other mountains. It is a treasure house of Chinese civilization, and the four words "Wudang Context" are gold-lettered signboards, which are inexhaustible treasures.
The excavation of Wudang Mountain is also of great significance to all mankind, and it has explored a new way for people.
Nowadays, many people yearn for a long life, even over 130 years old. According to a person"s natural life span of 120 years, as long as he does not act foolishly, it is not a problem to live to 120 years old.
Therefore, Wudang Mountain has opened up a new road for the world-a long life of high grade and high quality.
In the past, people could only live in the plain because of the backward science and technology, and the traffic in the mountains was inconvenient and life was not easy. Nowadays, with the development of science and technology and the improvement of transportation, fresh air and clean water have become rare products, and the quality of life in the mountains is higher.
Therefore, people can choose to live and live in many picturesque places instead of providing for the aged in big cities. Such a change in ideology will have a far-reaching impact on the distribution of cities and population in our country.
After the documentary "Wudang Context" is broadcast, many people may choose this kind of mountain forest life with higher quality than urban life, so that people can achieve natural longevity.
